Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver every GEMSIS order safely and on time.
Below you’ll find key details about our delivery process, timing, and costs.


Delivery Time

We prepare and ship your order as soon as possible — usually within 1–3 business days after payment.
Once shipped, delivery normally takes:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
    Please note that these are estimates and delays can occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed by email.


Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders within Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France.
For other countries, a small additional shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.


Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping providers (such as PostNL, bpost, or other regional couriers**) depending on your location and the best delivery option available.
Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to follow your delivery.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. GEMSIS is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.


Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Please note that personalized items (lockets customized with your own photo) are final sale and not eligible for return unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


International Orders

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. These fees vary per country and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
